Hummus, or 100% Natural Chickpea Paste. Without any additives, it is ideal as a spread or as a snack with baby carrots or grissinis. You can even add it to other dishes such as pasta and salads.
Chickpeas are a legume rich in protein and fiber that helps our body function properly.
