With the order for dispatch of the order, the contract for the purchase and sale of the products available on the website Encomendar Sonatural e Snock is formalized, as well as the inherent delivery service.
The price of the products and the delivery service is always remitted to the one displayed at the time the purchase is formalized at the checkout of the Encomendar Sonatural e Snock website.
The delivery service is free, in the delivery areas defined on the website, for orders over €24.99 (shipping cost of €2 for lower values)
Shipments are made within 48 hours* for orders placed before 3pm.
*except in cases where payment processing in the GL system takes more than 48 hours.
The characteristics of the products supplied are shown in the catalog available online, except for spelling errors or out of stock.
The displayed price of the products always includes the current VAT rate.

At SONATURAL we take the safety of our customers and products very seriously.
To guarantee the food safety of our products, all our orders are transported in vans equipped and prepared with refrigeration systems and delivered in cardboard boxes (more sustainable), for the correct packaging of fresh products and for them to maintain their properties in the ideal conditions.
After receiving them and for their correct preservation, you should immediately place the products in the fridge, thus guaranteeing their quality, freshness and flavor.
Sonatural declines any responsibility for the quality of the products if, after receipt, they are not placed in the refrigerator.
We appreciate that at the time of delivery, check all the products sent.
If the customer finds that the order is damaged, he must immediately return it to the transport company, indicate the reason for the return on the delivery note and immediately inform GL SA via email. encomendas@glsa.pt or through the customer support line on 00351 263 857 000.
If, after delivery, the customer finds that any of the items is not in compliance, he is requested to contact GL SA immediately via email. encomendas@glsa.pt indicating the order number or the number of the document that accompanied the order, attaching images of the packaging as received and of all the items, so that the situation can be resolved as soon as possible.

GL S.A. will do everything possible to ensure that the information presented does not contain typographical errors, and will be quickly corrected whenever they occur.
GL S.A. will do everything possible to send all the products ordered, but it is possible that, in certain cases and due to causes that are difficult to control by GL S.A., such as human errors or incidents in computer systems, it is not possible to provide any of the products requested by the User. If any product is not available after placing the order, you will be notified by email or by phone. At that moment, you will be presented with the possibility of canceling the order with the respective refund, if you have already made the respective payment.
All information about price, products, specifications, promotional actions and services may be changed at any time by GL S.A.
