The shipment will be delivered to the address you indicate, you can choose the registration address or another of your preference.

Schedules: Deliveries are made between 08:00 and 20:00.

Free deliveries in mainland Portugal from €24.99 (shipping cost €2 for lower values)
Shipments are made within 48 hours* for orders placed before 3pm.
*except in cases where payment processing in the GL system takes more than 48 hours.

How to make the payment

The displayed price of the products always includes the current VAT rate.

Orders are processed from the moment the payment enters the GL, S.A. system. Sometimes this process can take a while and therefore the delivery time may be longer than the 48 hours expected.

You can pay by Credit Card, PayPal, MB Way, Multibanco or Apple Pay.

If you choose MB Way, please put your Name and Surname in the transfer description, for your correct identification.

How do I receive the invoice?

You will have to ask us to receive an invoice via email within 24 hours after placing your order. It will be sent to you via email after delivery of your order.

How can I enter my billing details?

To request the TIN associated with your purchase, please request it via email encomendas@glsa.pt indicating your purchase number (available in the last step of the purchase process, after Payment, in the upper left corner), your Name, Surname and the NIF you want to associate.

How can I cancel my order?

You can cancel the order up to 8 hours after submitting your order. To do so, contact the Orders line on 263 857 000 or send an email to encomendas@glsa.pt indicating the name, email and order number.

I want to return a product. How do I do?
